This was one of the events of the year 2003 I was looking forward too, because last year we had been first at the Bretthart Open Air and we saw that it was very good. That was the reason why we had to come back and we needed to use all or knowledge in Camping. We brought a pavillion tent, a barbecue grill, some chairs and a camping table.
As we arrived Friday afternoon we first built up our stuff, drank some beer and then we wanted to get our festival cards. After we did that we returned to the campground and waited until we heard that the band who was playing sounded good or not, after we assured that we went to the area.
The Highlights on the first day were End of Green ( I dunno but I thought I knew them) and DORO!! When Doro begun playing there were about 400 people on the Festival area, just to see Doro and leave again. The Show was very good even if there were many normalos there who weren't into metal! Party started after we began banging and creating moshpits so we had fun! After 75 Minutes even Doro left the stage and we returned to the campground for a drink or even a few drinks more. After we did that we weren't that hot to go to the festival area again, so we ate some dog food just to find out that it doesn't taste good.
Next Day we did the same as the day before, we grilled, drunk and used our funnel! On that Day I just saw one band and that was Legacy a local death metal band which is pretty good!
It was again a damn good festival and I will look forward for Bretthart 2004 hehe!!!!!
